Jeffrey A. Berk is the chief operating officer for a technology firm in Chicago and an adjunct teacher who teaches a graduate school course on operations and process management at Illinois Tech. He has participated in operations and process management projects internationally and has spoken on these topics and been quoted and published in numerous periodicals.
