Great introduction to the fundamentals of IT. The experience of the entire course feels genuine. The virtual machine labs are excellent!

This course helped me to build self-confidence that I can learn much more about Information Technology which is used in day to day life.

It was perfect for brushing up my skills. I could also see this as being good for newcomers who want to learn more about IT and support.

Really awesome introduction to the fundamentals of IT. It covered a lot of information, but I never felt like I was getting bogged down.

Easy to understand and exercise also very interesting to think. I recommend everyone to start a job to IT support it is the best course.

I learned a a lot from this and the labs were quite enjoyable. I see myself coming back to revisit them whenever I need some refreshers.

While the site had some issues along the way, overall the content was more than satisfactory, and I look forward to taking the next one!
