This course is very "down to the earth" compared to other computer science courses offered by universities. Google's practical perspective helped me a lot.

Just by completing week one of this course am already having the feeling to jump into the field of IT, i have learnt more and all steps are explained well.

A Well prepared fundamental course which helps in understanding the IT field of the world today. I would be more happy if basics of MAC OS was taught here.

I was scared to start a course in IT with no background. This course is for anyone who wants to understand the basics of IT and want to start career in it.

I have worked in support role many years ago, and was a bit rusty. This course was an excellent refresher, in some cases it filled in gaps in my knowledge.

Great course and I learned a lot. Does not feel like a robot talking to you and all the videos and instructors were very personable and easy to understand!

I am extremely excited by how much I already learned in week 1. Information is laid out in a comprehensive manner that is easily understood and explained.

There are abit of misspelled text on some of the contexts, might require some content editing, otherwise every lecturer was great and very understandable.

I was already familiar with the course material so I can't comment on it's difficulty, but everything was well explained, well organized, and entertaining

I have really enjoyed this course and am ready to offer more courses under Coursera. Thank you to all the Lectures who took me through this Coursera......
