I learn a lot, while I interacted with customer service agent before, it was different to be on the other side. I dont know how helpfull the course is going to be in my journey but we will see.

I recently had the opportunity to take the Introduction to Customer Service course, and I found it to be a very valuable experience. The course covered a wide range of topics, including communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. I was particularly impressed with the focus on empathy and understanding the customer's perspective. This course allowed me to strengthen the skills that I already have and the opportunity to improve on the things that I learned.
