About the Course

By the end of this project, you will be able to create empathy maps to gain a holistic view of the User Experience (UX) to help retain customers, mitigate risk, and identify business opportunities. To do this, you will gain hands-on experience applying design thinking, user interface knowledge, and context from the customer journey to build an empathy map in the Miro online visual collaboration platform for teamwork. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions....

The Explanation about UX in Miro is pretty enough but not describe completely

I couldn't get access to learning materials but passed quiz (5 questions) and received certificate without learning anything. Tried to leave message in Discussion Forums, no one bothered to answer. Anyways, thanks for certificate atleast.
