Well, here we are. The last video of the module, the last video of the course, we've covered a lot of ground and I really think that if you've stuck with me all the way to here. You really do have a much deeper understanding of the types of leadership behaviors and habits that can derail careers, destroyed businesses. Destroy organizations and just as importantly, a whole bunch of ideas on what you should do and how you can avoid falling into these traps. This is true when you think about module one on how to think a bit more strategically and try to think about the strategic mistakes that occur. Certainly, module two, which is all about culture and feedback and really trying to create that organization that is not delusional. Module three, which was around organizational breakdowns and putting together the puzzle, the puzzle that is always shifting and always adjusting. But our job is to keep trying to put that puzzle together into this module, module four on on specific leadership habits. And behaviors that failing leaders have made and what we could do to avoid that. In fact, the entire sequence of modules really gets to the heart of and covers a lot of what I literally spent 6 years doing research on. And working on and then after the book came out, I ended up have continued to work with organizations and leaders on this. Why smart executives fail and what you can do to learn from their mistakes. That's what we've been trying to do, right, and there's especially these seven habits that we just talked about. There's an element of a Greek tragedy, the ancient Greek tragedies that come out right? What were those ancient Greek tragedies all about those things that get you to the top, if left unchanged will also lead to your eventual downfall. I mean, that's what they were about, right? And maybe it's not that surprising that I show up several 1000 years later to do all this research and talk to so many leaders around the world. And put together this whole set of stories and videos and ideas for you, where this theme continues to resonate, right? Especially when it comes to the habits, whatever got you to the top. It's not the only thing you need to do. There is a constant of change, of adaptability, of adjustment, of learning to pick up on habit number seven. And the essential habit really, in many ways I think your journaling and your note taking throughout this module is and this course really is really important. because it gives you the beginning of a game plan for your own leadership, what not to do, but also what to do. In some ways you're really writing your own leadership book, because it's based on your own insights from this course. And as you continue through the next 3 courses in the specialization, you're going to be able to go deeper and deeper and add more and more about the things you should do. The things that you could do to be better and it really is I'm going to say the best leadership book you're ever going to read, because you're writing it. You're living it, you're engaging in it and you're learning along the way and very importantly you can apply those lessons to whatever it is you're doing today. Whether you're in school, whether you're early in your career, whether you're an experienced manager, whether you're an entrepreneur. Whether you're running an entire business, start with a learning mindset and wherever you go and whatever you're doing. You really start to realize that there's great insights that need to be kept track of and this journal and the work you've been doing. And keeping track of that is really going to help is really going to help you do that. Looking ahead of course, number two is all about making great decisions, I mean talk about something that's central to everything we talked about in life. Course, number three is about how to develop talent, how to become better at what you do, how to develop talent and leadership using the super bosses framework. And of course, number four is about lessons really lessons for life that have to do with leadership, that have to do with business. But have to do with each of us as as individuals as well, so I hope you'll keep on going in the specialization and be with me throughout this journey. But I especially hope now that we're concluding on the first course, the first course and the specialization. You've really gotten a lot out of it. You're going to be able to apply these ideas and you're engaged and excited to keep on learning, to keep on getting better.
