This is the last part of the last part and I think you know what I have to do. I have to do at least call to action and summary. This is the summary. I know it's a bit overwhelming, so I will walk you through this summary very quickly. You start with an introduction and what you have to do is you have to answer a few questions like for example, what is the topic if that isn't clear. But more importantly, why are you talking about this? What's your intention to help and what facts about you or the subject could improve understanding? You can share some vulnerability but this is not obligatory. I think it helps to build trust but the decision is yours. Next, you announced the problem. What's the problem? Who's the opponent? Who's fighting whom for what? You can also announce your goal here, although this is not obligatory and sometimes this is pretty obvious. Then you provide evidence, you provide case studies, or maybe cause effect reasoning or maybe some statistics, etc. So you sell the problem to the audience. Maybe you talk about alternatives, alternatives which are appealing but ultimately wrong. Then you proceed to the solution. Maybe you can announce the plan although this is not obligatory but you have to have some sort of an insight. You have to re-frame the thinking of the audience to shift them from problem mode to solution mode. Then you maybe have a solution broken down into several parts. Each with tiny little sub-problem, sub solution, and maybe some evidence that solution would ultimately work. In the end of the solution part, you might present your audience with a tough choice. Like for example the solution is too expensive or requires some dramatic shifts in our organizational structure. That would be a good place to do it. Finally, you do the ending where you summarize your key points. You ask the audience to do something for you, your call to action, if then, else. You might do the moral of the story and probably get back to the beginning, get back to where you started. This is your resume of this course. So good luck with your homework and once again, remember that why is the most important thing. Start preparing your presentation by clarifying why are you doing this. This is the single most important thing then thinking about what and only then think about how you're going to say, what you're going to say, how the eloquence is perhaps the least important thing in all this presentation business. Once again, good luck with your homework.
