Welcome back to our course on FinTech Security and Regulation. In this third module, we'll be looking at Fraud, Crimes, and Security. Specifically, we're going to look at five topic areas. Some of these lectures, in fact, most of them will be more than one session. We've broken up the interview or discussion on the topic, so that we don't have videos that are too long. We try to keep our videos to 10 minutes or less, in a few cases, they go a little bit over that, but that's our goal. So we're going to look at Cybersecurity and technology related to data. We're going to look at Cybersecurity and technology related to human interface or human interactions or the human part of the security equation. We're then going to look at Digital Forensics and Electronic Evidence, Discovery, and Technology. We're going to look at UN model laws on e-commerce and technology including FinTech. Then recommendations for FinTech firms regarding Cybersecurity. Now, for these sessions, we have with us a guest speaker or guest lecturer, who is an adjunct professor at HKUST. His name is Hilton Chan. He was, many years ago, one of my PhD students, finished his doctorate at HKUST then went to work on to continue his profession with Hong Kong Police Department, becoming, at one point, the head of computer crime for Hong Kong Police. Retiring early in his career, because the rules in Hong Kong where the police allow you after you've had a distinguished career of a certain number of years, to retire at a fairly attractive salary. So he retired as a young man and now, he is running his own FinTech firm and his own Cybersecurity consulting firm as well, in dealing with FinTech and fraud and crimes and forensics analysis, et cetera. So he's also started a Cyber threat, Cybersecurity master's program at UST and number of years ago, HKUST. To help train other police officers in Cybersecurity areas as well as consultants and others from the industry in forensics and analysis. So that's our overview of where we're going to go. We will welcome Hilton, in our next video where we'll talk about Cybersecurity and technology related to data. Thank you very much. We look forward to having you in this module.
