So, after you access the Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality website, click on the mainframe and you should be able to identify the site. And, there are lots of things that we have potential to look at, but to access some of the programs that have been successful, go to Projects, the Michigan Keystone Project, Stop Bloodstream Infections. And, this really has many of the research projects or quality improvement initiatives that we've done, and you will see that most of them have data. After you hit the Stop BSI or Stop Bloodstream Infections, you're given an opportunity to have an overview of what we've done including the Comprehensive Unit Safety Program and then the different Educational Sessions and the CLABSI Toolkit. I'm going to start with what's in the CLABSI Toolkit to show you that, all of the forms that I've talked about in the CLABSI Toolkit are available for each one that wants to have access to them and they go through Appendix A all the way down to M. The toolkit itself really about the CLABSI, it's a really quick to open up, and it goes everything as you can see, it's a manual of operations about what we've done, and everything that you need to provide including the framework for implementation. You see that there are the four E's from engage all the way through evaluate. And, then you can go to any of the other ones. All of the forms including what I talked about as far as policies and procedures, they are on here. Care of a Patient with a Hemepheresis Catheter, Care of a Patient with a Tunneled catheter, a Line Cart inventory if you want to set up a line cart so that physicians don't have to go all over looking for their equipment. The Daily Goals forms, all of the different forms that are there are easily accessed and anybody can access them once you're on the website The next thing that we have is the Educational Sessions and they are broken down into Immersion Calls, which are the calls that we do a month before implementation, and then Monthly Content Calls, Supplemental Calls, and Staff Training Calls. If you click on any of them either here or on the left side, you can go ahead and access them. For instance, I'm going to click the Science of Improving Patient Safety. This is one of the mandatory videos for patients [inaudible] done by Dr. Pronovost. You can also get a copy of this off of YouTube and play that here. Eliminate CLABSI. I'm going to go to the National Content Calls. There's the Team Checkup-Tool, which is how we know whether you're doing what you need to do in order to implement correctly. The Two More Es, the Embed and Expand, the Central Line Placement Checklist, the CDC Definitions, the Role of Technology and CLABSI Prevention, Learning from Defect, Implementing Daily Goals. If you look at some of these, you will see that they are both a PowerPoint with an audio component, so you can go ahead and listen. You can also download the slides. If you would like, you can also go down to the Supplemental Calls, Results from the Adventist Project which I led, the Daily Goals Conference Call, The Joint Commission's HAI-Focused National Patient Safety Group. All of those are here and they are free to access on the Armstrong Institute website. Then to go out just under projects and you can see some of the other things, but you're looking for Stop Bloodstream Infections or stop BSI.
