Great course for beginners, still had valuable information for people who have already worked in the field. I'm glad i took it, and got some valuable information.

This was a good refresher of the basic of Technical Support. It was simple precise, easy to understand, and hands on with lecture notes. I would highly reccomend.

Basic introduction to what IT support is? All instructors were very specific and guidelines were given in a very simple language, easy to understand and implement.

Very well inline with Google's ideology of "simplicity." Technical topics were well broken down to make them more understandable to anyone curious about learning
