My experience was wonderful. I have learnt so much about the fundamentals of IT support in a simplified, yet technical manner that has aroused more interest in technology.

Wow, I don't know here to begin but I am glad I took the class and I will definitely continue reading and increasing my learning capacity and land my first IT Support job.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course gave me more knowledge than I expected to receive. It flowed very well from one week to the next, setting up for the next lesson.

There are a lot of interesting topics in this course. If you'd like to know more about computers, how to use them, and what makes them run, this is a good place to start.

the course was good. however little details were provided, since some people are beginners, they require more detail and i think google and coursera will improve on that.
