Beginners Can Enjoy this Course. Lots of Information Are there in it. I really enjoyed and learned lots of Basic Knowledge about Hardware , Software and Networking .

I thought this course was very informative to understanding what an IT Support Specialist does during the normal work day. I now feel I could assist with the basics.

I'm so glad I did it Now course #2 final destination "the certificate" this is possible at all ages, I am 50's and a foreign born!!.

It's the best course ever! Thank you Google and Coursera! It was very interesting and motivating to listen to all the stories. The lessons were short but very clear!

This course helped me to know all the fundamentals to step into the Information technology industry . It made me feel confident in areas where I was lagging behind .

Even after being new to this side of tech, I have really enjoyed the basic fundamentals without any doubts.

I will continue this with the motivations Coursera serves.

Really, really solid course. Small, bite-sized chunks of data that are easy to process and collectively add up to a well-rounded understanding of the subject matter.

It was really interesting to learn from professioanls. All the content have provided me a great experience and understanding of the IT field. Really happy with it!!!

The information was very well presented and all of the teachers were well spoken and knowledgeable in their field. I look forward to learning more with each of them!

This course was easy to follow. I love how easy it is to stop for a while because life gets in the way but are able to start again once life becomes more manageable.

The Technical Support Fundamentals Course was very informative for a beginner like myself. It gave me a clear rundown of the basics of computer systems and IT role.

I really enjoyed this course. Being someone who hasn't had much experience with computers, this introduction has given me the confidence to seek out more knowledge.

Very well done course, learned stuff i didn't know about computers before and i feel like i have a better grip on customer service along with basic computer skills.

The way Google has this course set up is amazing. The self-paced and not all crammed in one video makes it easier to digest the knowledge and helps anyone succeeds.
