I enjoyed this course immensely. After taking it, I am confident in my transition into a clinical project management role. As a clinical social worker, I've been eager to explore new horizons and make the most of my transferable skills. This course has been instrumental in helping me achieve that goal. As a process-oriented individual, I was particularly drawn to the structured approach of the program and the numerous opportunities it offered to build a robust portfolio for the future. It's an incredible feeling to have tangible artifacts to showcase my growth and expertise. As an Autism Awareness Coordinator, I'm excited to apply these newly acquired skills to our mission of making the world a more inclusive place for individuals with autism. But the benefits don't stop there! I'm also looking forward to how this newfound expertise will enhance my contributions in the field of Clinical Project Management. This was a well-put-together program that has opened up doors to exciting possibilities.

This course gives you a very detailed run down of what it means to be a project manager. It breaks down the concepts into tangible portions. There were moments when it was too much information and it felt overwhelming, but the teachers do a great job of giving examples and eventually you understand how all the little pieces create the larger concept. I've had such a wonderful time learning from this course even if I don't end up using it professionally, the tools and skills I learned here will absolutely be implement in my personal projects and goals. IMO public school should teach a basic version of project management because these skills can literally be applied to any part of life. I easily see myself recommending this course to anyone who wants to improve their hard skills, soft skills, and communication skills.

I honestly believe this a very complete comprehensive project manager trainning program. I am very satisfued with the structure (coherent and sequential ), the teaching-learning methodology through a project example is very dynamic and interactive, videos are so nicely focused to their topics is so easy-interesting to get wrapped with the key points, reading material very concise yet detailed enough , homeworks are fun to do, you fill you are running the project in real life. The program and its way of teaching exceeded my expectations by far. Its been a very nice leaning experience looking forward to continue engaging in other certifications with google COURSERA platform. thank you very much to all google team!!!!

I enjoyed learning about the retrospective reports that let you know what happened in a project. In addition, I like the variety of material that was presented. For example, the coarse content had infographic exercises and reading comprehension passages to read and then there were video presentations by Google employees. It would be great if Google mentioned its other tools in Google Drive. At work we convert PDF to Word documents using Google Drive. It would be great if Coursera showed how Google Drive lets the Learner convert JPG files into PNG files because I use Micosoft Paint to do those file conversion. I have not mentioned about using the Doc Hub extension along with Google Drive.

Before starting a business you need to plan everything and organize.First right it down evrything all the detail money first how much cost. what we will need and the satisfaction of people and they gonna love it. How many people needs.,what product we make. Hired people that you really trust and have potential on your business. You need a presentation about the detail what product and what we need and how much cost. You need some open forum and make action if there some risk. Make an open minded. You need to understand what they need. You give what the best for them. If the business success you must thanks them and gave nice bonus and nice treatment.

I found presenter of this part of the course very warm and welcoming. Her way of presenting made difficult things seem much easier to overcome. She seems like a nice person to work with.

I like the human aspect of the PM role which exist in this course, and personal experiences that people share.

Also, the course in general is very good, as it combines important information and definitions with practical examples, and constantly repeats important words (PM language) which made easy for me to memorize them.

The 4th course of the pack. And continue to surprising me. I really recomend this. For new project managers and for the ones that already perform the role, but need to improve some skills. The Google Instrutores and the methodoly of training , allow you to have your ritm and to undersand fundamental criteria. The best I haver had.

I already implement project management in my personal life. I have kaban boards for my home projects, schedules, etc. I defined my personal OKRs too!

The execution phase puts all the plans into action. This phase may take longer than any other phase in the project management life cycle. this is the phase of setting up kick-off meeting, organizing team members, managing the timeline and ensuring deliverable completion, managing teams, comparing different tracking methods, tracking project progress, identifying and managing risks and dependencies, disseminating pieces of information, and maintaining adequate collaboration.

The detailed videos about the concepts and tools used in running actual projects are explained very nicely , the questions in the middle of lectures and as part of activities gives confidence to the learners if they are picking the concepts in the right way or not . the assignment activities are also designed very thoughtfully , I really enjoyed completing this course and highly recommend to other learners who are looking to learn project management skills.

Hi Elita! Thank you so much for teaching this course. It was easy to follow and I loved your tone and modulation throughout. You were my favorite instructor and I was always excited to watch the next video. I also discovered how cool risk analysis is and am considering learning more about that specific aspect. Lastly, representation really does matter! Thanks so much for bringing a familiar flair that eased the nervousness I felt about taking this course.

Actually I was surprised from a huge information that I've learned in this course specially the last section "Closing a Project", it's awesome course. The new good thing that inspired me is to be good project manager you have to share all information about the project as problems that you and your team have been faced during the project for any other new project will start a project similar to yours.

This instructor was extremely engaging and kept my interest peaked. She was very articulate and a good speaker. Though the course materials were exhaustive (much to digest), this instructor made it relatable and practical. Numerous breaks were necessary to expand my brain capacity to absorb everything I was being taught. The actual hands-on activities taught throughout are priceless.

This was a really helpful course that thought practical approaches to running a closing a project/ I got an extensive understanding of the importance of data and how it can be gathered. I also learnt more on how to communicate with stakeholders, teammates, customers and externals. I also learnt how to stay proactive to provide alternatives in case an issue arises from a risk.

This course is very inspiring and helpful for those who have done some projects but lack of knowledge to assess previous performance. For me, it's very important to learn how to communicate with stakeholders, agile management, and prepare for the necessary documentation.

The instructor and guest speakers are very professional and open to share their insights. Thank you.

This course was hard to learn with a variety of activities, assessments etc. But having said that, the course helped me with a great clarity around how to run a project at different levels. Many topics, activities were new to me and thanks for all efforts put in by the team. Getting confident in making this happen in my current role as well, if given a chance.

Excellent Course!

It covers all areas needed to complete a successful project. I really enjoyed the discussions around the closing a project section. Extremely important activity. We are frequently rushed to start another project but successfully closing a project is just as important as starting a new one, especially for the project team.
