•1.The title of the course is wrong. There is no predicting house prices. Its just building a model to estimate age as a function of other features.
2. Even the quiz has a question which is not relevant (the instructor is not using geom_bar) anywhere.
3. I would expect a project to do some deep dive in model building, tuning, the bits that are generally slightly more complex than just applying 3 model formulas and just plotting the results.

•Absolutely useless project. Do not waste your 10$. The course objectives are all wrong + it's not actually for predicting housing prices! The instructor doesn't even properly explain stuff AND he doesn't use ggplot (which for some reason appears in the quiz)
