Probably the best course videos Ive come across. Professor George I believe is an amazing teacher...the way he gets the concept across to students by simple and constant examples is worth mentioning..

De los mejores cursos de Coursera. El profesor da clases con profundidad pero divertidas. Trata el tema de la negociación desde diversos puntos de vista complementarios (económico, psicológico, legal...) con solvencia. El curso no está regalado, el examen final requiere algo de esfuerzo si no haces trampas y lo mismo con el ejercicio de negociación

This course helped me to understand the basics of negotiation. Would be better if there would be online negotiation in live with other students so we can improve ourselves.
in addition, more reading materials to study would be better.
would love to see another courses on negotiation.

Loved the course ! If you want to learn about negotiation, this course is what you're looking for. Whether you're very new to negotiation or even experts, I think there are a lot of things that you can learn through this course. There's a lot of study cases which I find truly helpful. Lastly, the practice round... it truly is something you need hahaha

Sicuramente interessante perchè fa molti esempi. Tuttavia sembra che qualche volta perde il filo e lascia le cose a metà senza dare una spiegazione efficace. Molto spesso non sapevo come fare gli esercizi, lo spiegava poi nel video successivo prima di dare le risposte, ma ormai era troppo tardi. Tuttavia utile ed interessante

Completing the on-line course on Successful Negotiation : Essential Strategies and skills was a great virtual learning experience. I learned a lot. This course was interactive and required students to exercise a high level of analysis. The lecturer was knowledgeable and presented the content clearly while keeping the attention of students. The skills attained go beyond business negotiations and can be applied to everyday life situations. A course worth taking.

A very insightful course. The course gives you opportunity to take note and discover soft skills which we generally may gloss over but very essential in the success of a negotiation. The most impressive quality of the professor is his examples while talking about every concept. It's like, the concepts sticks to your memory. I highly recommend - while you make notes, also write down the examples he used in that topic. Whenever you read them later, you will remember everything about it.

As a claims specialist in a reinsurance company, I deal with negotiation and dispute resolution in my day-to-day work. This was a great overview of negotiation skills and helped reinforce some of the techniques and tools I learned many years ago. I audited the course to see if it was worth it, and it aligns very well with the principles I have learned already and it supplements them nicely. I highly recommend it!

Muy entretenido, el profesor se nota que sabe muchisimo. La semana 4/5 se vuelve un poco muy técnica y densa, se mete en muchos temas legales y de Ley Norteamericana que a lo mejor algunos nunca vamos a usar, pero a fines del curso termina siendo información adicional que tampoco diría que sobra.
